We also provide benchmarks on the minimum guaranteed landowner share percentage typically offered by developers in your neighborhood, so you can make informed decisions while negotiating. From property evaluation and legal checks to developer selection, JDA, and POA advisory — we guide you through every step until the deal is signed with the right developer.  Fees start from: 2% base fee + 1.5% success fee (on finalizing the JDA with the developer) of the total land value.
