The process was often frustrating and unclear, marked by delays, lack of accountability, and limited visibility. Every step demanded constant follow-ups, trustworthy local support, and hours of coordination across time zones — all while managing a demanding career overseas. 

Realizing that thousands of fellow NRIs and OCIs continue to face similar challenges and lacked a reliable, transparent partner back home our founder set out to change the experience for others.
